Nab Cottage overlooks a small lake and is surrounded by hills. It is in the centre of the Lake District National Park, an area of incredible beauty.

Our long weekend retreat includes a fully catered stay, ample yoga, meditation, breathwork, sound healing, a gentle hike around Rydal caves and a cold water swim in both waterfalls and Rydal water.

Relax in a hot tub overlooking Rydal Water and enjoy the wood-fired sauna in the garden after a wild dip.
